Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your River Brat gear! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the hat must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on hats with makeup stains, sweat marks, or perfume scents.

• Process: To start a return, please email dustydarlingco@gmail.com with your order number.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Preorder Items: Items marked as "Preorder" have specific ship dates listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is ready.

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS from CA. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package hits the road.

Route & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you locate a package if it goes off-course.
